First, we will go uphill onto an off-road terrain between olive groves to reach our first stop, where we will enjoy the panoramic views at the Chapel of the Prophet Elias. Then, we'll be descending through the colorful & off-road route between the vineyards and the olive forest to admire the impressive Cretan nature, before embarking on a tour of the local olive oil factory where you will learn how to extract olive oil and how to tell different tastes from each other! Afterward, we'll continue through dirt roads to the historical Cave of Milatos., an area known for being rich in flora & fauna, and for its breathtaking mountain views. There you'll have an opportunity to connect with nature and collect some local herbs! Then you'll carry on exploring one of the most historical caves of Crete, Milatos Cave, before enjoying a dip in the crystal clear waters of Milatos beach. After lunch, you'll hop on a seaside safari tour through the narrow streets of the two most representative fishing villages of the area, the traditional villages of Milatos and Sissi.
